Shipping is FREE for orders over the threshold indicated (* excluding shipping costs) in the table above.
For orders less than or equal to the amount indicated, the shipping costs shown in the table above will be charged.
Delivery time
Orders are processed and delivered on working days.
The parcels are delivered within 4 working days since the amount due is credited.
Notes on delivery
Delivery takes place by express courier directly to the address indicated by the consumer.
For security reasons, orders with post office boxes and / or post office shipments will not be processed.
When the courier picks up the package, an e-mail will be sent to the recipient with the tracking number and the web address to follow the tracking.
For the delivery of the goods is required the presence of the Customer or his representative at the address of the recipient indicated in the order. The delivery of the shipment will be made on the ground floor of the customer's house number.
Delay in delivery and unavailability of goods
This online shop is directly connected to our logistics. Thanks to this link it is possible to show our customers the availability of individual items immediately.
In exceptional cases, it is possible that there is a temporary unavailability of the requested item and therefore a delay in delivery. In this case our customer care will take care of contacting the Customer to inform him immediately. We therefore reserve the right to make partial deliveries.
Transport damage
Upon delivery of the goods by the Courier, the Customer is required to check that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or altered in the sealing materials and that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document.
Any inconsistencies must be promptly contested by placing a written scrutiny reservation written on the proof of delivery of the Courier.
Once the Courier's document has been signed, the Customer cannot make any objection regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered.
