Right of withdrawal

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract free of charge and without specifying the reason within the term of 14 (fourteen) days from the moment of receipt of the goods by simply informing us of the revocation of the contract.

In order to help us improve our service, you are welcome to state the reason for return.

The Customer has the obligation to return the products received, without undue delay and within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which he communicated to SIXS his decision to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Return costs (shipping/packaging costs) are charged to the customer.

SIXS will reimburse the payment (excluding delivery costs) within 14 days from the moment the products are received.

The refund will be made with the same payment method chosen during the purchase phase and the credit could delay a few days before being displayed (depends on the type of card used). We remind you that in the case of credit cards it may happen that you see the credit on the account the following month (the transaction should however already be viewable in the movements / balance list of the respective card).

Return conditions

It is not possible to accept the termination of the contract if the condition of the goods or its quality has been influenced by the consumer (e.g. dirty or damaged items, etc.).

In case of termination of the contract, we can only accept items that are in their original condition, including packaging and packaging.
We therefore advise you not to remove the labels from the garments you want to return.

SIXS product returns are not accepted unless they have been purchased directly from this website. If you buy from an authorized dealer (also online), please contact the dealer.

Return procedure

01. Return request

In order to return a product, you need:

  • sign in to your personal account
  • click on "Order History and Details"
  • click on "Details" of the order with the product or products to be returned
  • follow the instructions in the "RETURN" block

Once the return request has been sent, the Costumer Service SIXS will accept or reject the request.
An e-mail notification will automatically be sent when the status of the request is changed.

02. Print return form

If the return request is accepted, it will be possible to proceed by printing the return form to be inserted in the package containing the product for which the return is requested.

The return of the product must be made within 7 days from the acceptance of the request.

03. Pick up reservation

The goods must be sent back in the original box to:

The Customer is responsible for sending / sending the return, for this reason we recommend not to use untracked shipments (e.g. shipping by ordinary mail).

04. Shipping costs

Return costs (shipping / packaging costs) are charged to the customer.

The shipping costs for sending a new replacement product are paid by SIXS.
